Northeast Metro 916 is one of three intermediate school districts in the metropolitan area of St. Paul and Minneapolis. Our primary customer base includes 10 K-12 member districts and the East Metro Integration District. We also provide programs and services to other schools generally in the east metropolitan area.

As an intermediate district, Northeast Metro provides programs and services in three core areas of our mission: special education, career and technical education, and educational services. By partnering with our member districts and schools, we are able to enhance educational opportunities for students and achieve cost efficiencies.
